Medical Events

At regular intervals, HALA organizes medical fairs, conferences, talks, public lectures and seminars in communities across Sub-Saharan Africa. Target beneficiaries are the citizenry, community leaders and government officials. The primary focus of these seminars and workshops is to promote knowledge and the practice of preventive medicine.

Lagos University Medical Society (umbrella body of the College of Medicine, CMUL and Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH) in collaboration with Health And Life Africa Healthy-living Initiative (HALA) presents a 1-day Public Lecture on: The Truth About Emotional Disorders.

#Talk.D.Talk… This FREE Medical event/program encompasses series of open learning workshops and events that solely aim at creating fun pro-healthy practical activities which may take diverse settings but are specifically focused on helping people to put practical knowledge to test. Their emphasis is on engaging people by allowing active participation as much as possible.
